Hawaiian Pregnancy Lomi-Lomi ritual, called Lomi Hapai, is a full body massage respecting your unique needs. Just one session brings relief to aches and pain present during the pregnancy. Find out if this massage is for you and what you should expect!

Lomi-Lomi Nui is known for its marvellous power of uniting body, mind and soul, however long-lasting lying on your back and belly (!) is difficult to stand during pregnancy. Fortunately, you can still enjoy the magic of Lomi-Lomi Nui when booking a session designed for pregnant women.

Pregnancy Lomi-Lomi ritual reconnects you even deeper not only with yourself but also with your baby.

It relieves tension, promotes circulation, reduces stress, aches and brings calmness and balance back to your life. You will also sleep better. This massage is truly nurturing.

The session consists of 3 parts. The first two take around 15 minutes each - you are going to lie on both your sides in a comfortable position, feeling as if surrounded by the ocean waves. During the third part you will be on your back for around 20-30 minutes, enjoying massage of your upper part including chest, as well as your legs. The whole session takes maximum 1 hour.

Please, be aware that to perform this massage your breasts will be not covered by a towel, however your lower intimate area will be covered at all times.

Lomi Hapai is recommended from the 3rd-4th month of your pregnancy until its end. It can also prepare you for birth, you'll feel less scared, enjoy better deep breathing and in general, the birth will be easier for you.

If you are at the beginning of your pregnancy journey (not yet on your 3rd month), you can consider having a "standard" Lomi-Lomi Nui massage.

Please, be aware that if you feel nauseous or have a high risk of miscarriage, any type of massage is not recommended. If you have any questions, you are always more than welcome to contact me via the website chat :)
